I met a girl yesterday in Zumba in a very stereotypical girly manner with a conversation starting beginning with a perky, “I love your top! Where’d you get it?”
“Target,” she replied, “they have some really cute workout gear!”
Honestly, I’ve always viewed Target as a glorified Wal*Mart with high prices (I know, shameful) so the quality of their clothes was unsure.
Regardless, I soon found myself driving to Target, through thunderstorms and all, to find that shirt. Unfortunately, they were sold out…but it’s still on my list: 
Fortunately, Old Navy was right next door. They’re currently having a huge sale on their active wear!
I got a few of these v-necks in different colors. They’re loose fitting (but not too loose) and long. Perfect for yoga! 
Their whole selection was cute, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. I may go back for more!
In other news, I dyed my hair for the very first time!
I’ve had highlights added a few times but have never dyed my whole head. Curiosity finally got the best of me and I gave in! Rather than dumping a load of money at the salon, a home dying kit would (hopefully) do the trick.

It’s not a drastic change but that’s not what I was going for anyway. This kit really brought out the red in my hair along with lightening it.
Fortunately for me, Michael played my personal hairstylist and applied the majority of the dye while I happily sat there waiting. Good thing, too- it would have taken forever doing it on my own!
The forecast is calling for another day of straight thunderstorms so I’m going to try to get to the stables while there’s still time. Have a wonderful day!

I love your hair. I’ve never dyed mine before but I got high lights a few years ago if that counts.
Lol my workout clothes consist of t-shirts and nike shorts. And I’ve never colored my hair, I love the color and although I’ve wanted to experiment, I’m so afraid of messing it up.
That was my fear too! That and it could be a slipperly slope of possibly getting “too into” coloring and end up with some color totally different than the natural with wrecked hair. We’re all born with the perfect hair for us..but it can be fun to change it up a bit too I guess. :P

Ooo thanks for the heads up about the workout clothes. I actually usually go to TJ Maxx or Sports Authority. Sometimes Lululemon since it’s super close to where I work. Anywho, I have never dyed my hair. It makes me nervous lol.. the thought of not getting my natural color back ayeee. But it does seem to have this wonder of making hair appear shinier :) Maybe it’s the picture but it seems like the new color really brightened up your face. Seems like a refreshing color for you :)

I looooove target!! Seriously they have super cute dresses there, and I have actually bought several pieces of workout clothes their. I think their champion line is great. It can be a bit pricey, but when its on sale its great!! I got some spandex like shorts there for yoga and I simply ADORE them!
That’s the EXACT top I’ve had my eye on for months now! I just have to wait until I have spare money at the same time I can get to Lubbock…
A few months ago I tinted my hair with henna. I ended up leaving it on too long so it was CRAZYRED but within a month it settled to the shade I was going for (I’m a natural medium strawberry blonde, but even natural red fades out. I was trying to get it looking like it did 6 years ago). I never liked the ida of using heavy chemicals on my hair, so the henna was a nice experiment. :)
I didn’t know you could tint it with henna. I’m assuming the same henna they use in henna tattoos? That’s really cool! Sounds like a good way to experiment with different colors since it’d be semi-permanent.

Funny that you’re talking about workout clothes, as I’ve been on the hunt for some new running pants. My deal is that I want the EXACT same ones by Nike that I’ve always worn, but as you might guess, I haven’t been able to locate them. I’ve tried on a few different pair, but still not the same! As you can see, I’m very reluctant to change in this regard…actually in most regards…hahaha!
